Delivery

We process and ship all orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays, Saturdays, and Saudi Arabia Public Holidays.

نقوم بمعالجة وشحن جميع الطلبات خمسة أيام في الأسبوع، باستثناء يومي الجمعة والسبت والعطل الرسمية في المملكة العربية السعودية.

Important Delivery Information:

• You will be required to sign upon receipt of your delivery.

• For international shipments, Aramex is our shipping partner.

• You can track your shipment by visiting www.aramex.com and entering your order number.

• Any import duties and taxes are paid upon delivery and are not included in the grand total.

• We offer worldwide delivery with some exclusions.

معلومات مهمة عن التوصيل:

• يجب التوقيع عند استلام الطلب.

• لشحن الطلبات الدولية، شركة أرامكس هي شريكنا اللوجستي.

• يمكنكم تتبع الشحنة من خلال زيارة www.aramex.com وإدخال رقم الطلب.

• أي رسوم جمركية أو ضرائب يتم دفعها عند التسليم وهي غير مشمولة في المبلغ الإجمالي للطلب.

• نوفر خدمة التوصيل لكافة أنحاء العالم مع بعض الاستثناءات.

Returns & Exchanges

While we hope you are happy with your items, if you are unsatisfied with your order, please review our return and exchange policy below:

في حال لم تكونوا راضين عن مشترياتكم، يرجى الاطلاع على سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال التالية:

Ready-to-Wear

• Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

• Exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery.

• All items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all labels and tags attached.

• Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will be refused and/or sent back to the customer.

• يجب طلب الاسترجاع خلال 3 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

• يمكن طلب الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ الاستلام.

• يجب أن تكون جميع القطع في حالتها الأصلية وغير مستخدمة مع بقاء البطاقات والملصقات مثبتة عليها.

• لن يتم قبول القطع التي تظهر عليها علامات الاستخدام أو التلف أو التعديل، وسيتم رفض الطلب أو إعادتها للعميل.

Custom Pieces / Made-to-Measure

• All custom or made-to-order pieces—including those produced with specific measurements, fabric selections, or design adjustments—are final sale.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.

• In the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately for inspection. If verified, the item will be repaired.

القطع الخاصة والمصممة حسب الطلب:

• جميع القطع المصممة حسب الطلب — بما في ذلك القطع المصنوعة وفق مقاسات أو أقمشة أو تعديلات تصميمية خاصة — هي مبيعات نهائية.

• لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو الاستبدال على هذه القطع.

• في حال وجود عيب تصنيعي، يرجى التواصل معنا فورًا لإجراء الفحص. وفي حال تأكيد العيب، سيتم إصلاح القطعة.

Return Procedure

• All returns must be requested and approved before sending the item(s) back to us to ensure easy identification and prompt processing.

• Returns and exchanges will only be processed once the goods have been returned and inspected.

إجراءات الاسترجاع:

• يجب طلب الموافقة على الاسترجاع قبل إرسال أي قطعة إلينا لضمان سهولة التعرف عليها وتسريع المعالجة.

• لن تتم معالجة أي استرجاع أو استبدال إلا بعد استلام القطع وفحصها.

Shipping & Duties

• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and will not be reimbursed in the refund or store credit.

• International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for any bank transfer fees during refunds.

الشحن والرسوم:

• رسوم الشحن الأصلية والمصاريف الإدارية غير قابلة للاسترجاع.

• الرسوم الجمركية والضرائب المفروضة على الطلبات الدولية غير قابلة للاسترجاع، ويتحمل العميل أي رسوم تحويل بنكي ناتجة عن عملية الاسترجاع.

Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be issued via direct bank transfer or as store credit once the returned item is received and inspected.

طريقة استرجاع المبلغ:

• في حال الموافقة على الاسترجاع، سيتم تحويل المبلغ عبر التحويل البنكي المباشر أو كرصيد متجر، بعد استلام القطعة وفحصها.
