Delivery

We process and ship all our orders 5 days a week, with the exception of Fridays & Saturdays and Saudi Arabia Public Holidays.

Important Delivery Information:

• You will be required to sign on receipt of your delivery
• For international shipments Aramex is our shipping partner.
• You can track your shipment by clicking on www.aramex.com and entering your order number.
• Any import duty & taxes are paid upon delivery and are not included in the grand total.
• We offer worldwide delivery but with some exclusions

Returns & Exchanges

While we hope you are happy with your items, if you are unsatisfied with your order a return must be made within 7 days of the delivery of the items for a refund, in store credit or exchange. Please take care when trying items as all items must be returned in new and unused condition with all labels and tags still attached. Please note that items that are damaged or in used condition will be refused a refund or exchange and/or sent back to the customer. All returns should be requested before you send your item(s) back to us to allow for easy identification and prompt processing. Any returns or exchanges will only be processed once the goods have been returned to us. Goods are faulty if they are received damaged, in the case that this happens we will offer to repair or replace the item. If the item cannot be repaired or is unavailable, you will be offered a refund.

Please note that the original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and will not be reimbursed within the refund or in-store credit. Please also be aware that international customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable and the customer assumes bank transfer fees during refunds.
